Hassle-free
You rent an individual bedroom in the Roomy apartment of your choice. All our apartments are fully-furnished and located in buildings reserved exclusively for Bocconi students—fostering vibrant and international communities.
All included
Your rent includes all utilities, fiber-optic Internet, and monthly cleaning, along with discounts at local restaurants and events. We also provide dedicated support by our Bocconi advisors who will give you all the tips you need for your first steps at the University.
Summer flex
You can vacate your room in July and return in August—while keeping your spot for the next year and paying reduced rent during that period. Roomy makes the process seamless: we store your belongings securely and move everything back in before you return.
Flexibility
There are no agency fees with Roomy. Your semester or 12-month stay starts on August 22 and can be easily renewed for another year at no extra cost.
Our story
Roomy was created by 3 Bocconi co-founders who experienced firsthand how difficult it can be to find the perfect apartment when arriving at the University. Residences were booked months in advance and traditional agencies were not responding. Housing for Bocconi students needed to be reinvented.
They convinced owners of buildings previously used for short-term rentals to convert their units into long-term housing for students—giving birth to the very first Casa Roomy.
